hahahaha, I remember this from yeasr ago when BLLM had just emerged from a CVA, and an argument raged on the Moneyextraboard (or was it Inverstorevolution?) and the price was 0 (zero).

Earth to earth
Ashes to ashes

(BTW, I hope none of those short-term creditors of BLLM/ENGI come knocking on the door for their loot)

Do you the think the bllm management know how valuable pyc is now?

Well the disposal will have realised something in excess £300k and the remaining holding of 1m shares in CYH at the close today are worth circa £400k, yet BLLM has a market cap of £300k. I can see how they might believe that these funds could be better used elsewhere at this juncture.

Billam holders would be still be better off flogging BLLM and buying CYH - which to my mind is still their only good investment to date. I sold BLLM years ago and bought CYH and recouped my losses on BLLM plus a lot more. Looks to me that CYH shares are now in position to grow sharply again soon. While BLLM hold 7% of CYH, your money's a better bet there. Billam AG also hold 3% of Cyh. All IMHO DYOR

Just look at the news for BLLM.

I assume that is correct?

LP, well FWIW you will find that SB has no intention of seeing BLLM divest their interest in ERX anytime soon and for good reason IMO, even though they have been prepared to take hard decisions elsewhere.

Are you still applying your dubious approach to research from a data protection and or civil liberties perspective?

Mike
How much have Bllm actually lost on Erx so far. I do not think the death throws of Erx will in reality make any difference I should imagine they wrote them off long ago.

billams holding in cybit is now worth more than bllm cap., making their other holdings worth zero, minus even!!.

With 1.8 million shares in CYH and bucket loads in ERX and PYC I would think that BLLM is just about due for a revaluation....CYH is a £20 million plus T/O company ( annualised )after it has tucked its latest investment away...It is profitable and still has circa £4 million plus in the bank and on its own debtor book...With a valuation of barely £10 MILLION you can see this is about to lift off and if it does then BLLM will benefit tremendously...

A really rough and ready DCF on projected income (x2 multiple of revenues ) 2 years out of say £30 million/annum, taking into account cash in hand/debtor book, no requirement to raise further funds and enterprise value gives one a very conservative value of circa £35-£40 million or in other words a share price of circa £1.90
