Extension timetable sale Convertible Bonds

Further to the announcement dated 20 September 2016, the Company expects that the Company's 4.25% convertible bonds due 2020 ("Convertible Bonds"), which were purchased by a subsidiary for resale in the secondary market, will be sold by the end of this year.

The Convertible Bonds are admitted to trading on the Marché Libre segment of Euronext Paris S.A.
