Directorate Change
The Company announces that it has been informed today by Mr. Jan H. van der Meer (78) regarding his decision to step down as a non-executive Director of the Company's Board of Directors ("Board") for personal reasons, effective from April 2017 after being engaged for almost a decade with the Company and the BCRE group.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Jan H. van der Meer for his significant contribution to the Company and to express its gratitude for the opportunity to work with Mr. Jan H. van der Meer during the past years.
Mr. Jan H. van der Meer has been initially appointed as an executive Director of the Company in September 2007 and was reappointed as a non-executive Director on 15 May 2014.
