The Company is pleased to confirm that Midroog, the credit rating agency accredited by Israel and a subsidiary of Moody's Investors Service Inc., has reaffirmed the credit rating of the Company's Series A, B and C bonds of A2 on a local Israeli scale with a negative outlook.
