Notice of dividend currency exchange rate - 2017 interim dividend

On 1 August 2017, BBA Aviation plc announced an interim dividend of 3.81 cents per share for the half year ended 30 June 2017.

Eligible shareholders will continue to receive their dividends in sterling, unless an election is completed and registered with the Company's registrars. The deadline for the currency election in respect of the forthcoming dividend payment was 9 October 2017.

This announcement confirms that the currency exchange rate applicable for the 2017 interim dividend for shareholders who have not made a currency election before the applicable deadline and who therefore continue to receive their dividend in sterling is:
