Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 
The Company today announces that it has posted to shareholders and holders of 
Depositary Interests a Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM"). 
 
 
The EGM will be held at 09:00 a.m. CEST (08 a.m. BST) on 23 June 2009 at 
Haaksbergweg 59, 1101 BR Amsterdam Zuidoost, The Netherlands. 
 
 
The EGM notice contains the following resolutions: 
Ordinary resolutions 
1.To nominate Roderick Francis Arthur Balfour, Earl of Balfour, as a 
non-executive director and as Chairman of Bateman Litwin with effect from 1 July 
2009; 
2.To accept and ratify Roy Franklin's resignation as Non-Executive Chairman of 
the Company with effect from 30 June 2009
