The solution enables MTS to offer a true push e-mail solution to its subscribers and, under the terms of the deal, MTS has acquired initial capacity for several hundred thousand customers, with expanded deployment expected in the near future. Together with its subsidiaries, MTS services over 80.91 million subscribers in Russia and the CIS. AxisMobile's mobile email solution is based on industry standards and allows for quick and efficient implementation, as it fits into a network operator's existing technology infrastructure.
