AxisMobile PLC (AIM: AXIS), the consumer mobile email specialist, announces that
on 20 June 2007 the following Directors of the Company were granted options over
Ordinary Shares in the Company as follows:


-   Oded Zucker, Non-Executive Chairman, has been granted options to
acquire 25,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 51 pence per
share;

-   Louis Silver, Non-Executive Director, has been granted options to
acquire 25,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 51 pence per
share;

-   Sharon Gelbaum Shpan, Non-Executive Director, has been granted
options to acquire 25,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 51
pence per share;


The option price is based upon a three day average starting from the closing
price on 18 June 2007 to the closing price on 20 June 2007.   The vesting period
is quarterly over a period of three years. The exercise period runs until 19
June 2017.


On 28 June 2007, Sharon David, VP Sales, was granted options to acquire 500,000
new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 49.50 pence per share.  The
option price is based on the three day average starting from the closing price
on 26 June 2007 to the closing price on 28 June 2007.  The vesting period is
quarterly over a period of three years.  The exercise period runs until 27 June
2017.
