AxisMobile PLC (AIM: AXIS), the consumer mobile email specialist, today 
announced that Sharon Gelbaum-Shpan, non-executive director of the Company, 
is stepping down from the Board, effective immediately.

Mrs. Gelbaum-Shpan is leaving the BOD due to personal reasons.

Shai Schiller, Chairman of AxisMobile, said:
