Avanta Serviced Office Group plc ("ASOG" or the "Company") is an AIM-listed provider of flexible office space and support services, currently operating 31 business centres, predominantly in the London area.

The Company announces that it has issued 3,567,484 new ordinary shares of 30 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of Warrants and the allotment and issue of Deferred Consideration Shares.

An application has been made for the above new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur at 8.00 am on 13 January 2015 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights comprises 36,278,482 Ordinary Shares. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total current voting rights in the Company is therefore 36,278,482.

The above figure (36,278,482 Ordinary Shares) is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meaning as given to them in the offer document which was published on 10 December 2014 in connection with the offer by Tosca Vehicle Limited for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company.
