Ashcourt Holdings Plc


The Board of Ashcourt Holdings Plc ("the Company") announce that it has
requested the London Stock Exchange to cancel admission to AIM of its ordinary
shares.  Since the offer by Syndicate Asset Management plc went wholly
unconditional on 3 October 2005 with an acceptance level of approximately 84.6
per cent. the London Stock Exchange has waived the requirement for the Company
to commence a general meeting of shareholders.



The cancellation of admission will take effect on 7 November 2005.
