Additional Listing of Shares

Ascential plc (the "Group" / LSE: ASCL.L), announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for admission to trading and admission to the Official List of a block listing of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These shares will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the vesting of awards under the following plans:

It is expected that the 10,000,000 ordinary shares will be admitted to trade on the Official List on the 24 February 2017. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
