Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Artilium plc (AIM: ARTA), the AIM quoted provider of innovative telecommunication software and solutions, announces that Bote de Vries, Non-Executive Director, has tendered his resignation and will leave the Company with effect from 1 January 2018.

The Board would like to thank Bote for his valuable contribution to the Company over the past three years and wish him well in the future. The Company has initiated a search for a new independent non-executive director, further details of which will be announced upon conclusion of the process.
