ARROW GLOBAL GROUP PLC ("Arrow Global") (the "Company")

Additional Listing of Shares

Arrow Global announces that application has been made to the London Stock

Exchange and UK Listing Authority for admission to trading and admission to the

Official List of a block listing of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These

shares will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the vesting of awards under

the following Plans:

  Plan

It is expected that the 4,000,000 ordinary shares will be admitted to trade on the Official List on the 17 February 2017. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
