Extension to Warrant Exercise Term 
 
 
Armor Designs Inc. (the "Company"), the knowledge based designer and 
manufacturer of composite armour, announces that the Board of Directors has 
agreed to extend the exercise term of the outstanding pre-IPO (prior to December 
31, 2007) warrants ("Warrants") over 1,822,500 common shares of US$0.001 each in 
the Company ("Common Shares") from 31 December 2009 to 31 December 2010. 
 
 
The Warrants are exercisable at a subscription price of US$12.50 per Common 
Share and were granted to the holders of Bonds that converted into common shares 
of the Company upon the Company's first admission to AIM on 31 December 2007.
