                             Offer for Subscription


The Company announces that, in relation to the Offer for Subscription of up to
7,500,000 new C Shares of 50p each at a price of 100p per share (the 'Offer') as
announced on 22 November 2007, it has received subscriptions for 143,655 C
Shares. The Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the admission
of the C Shares and trading is expected to commence on 7 March 2008. The Offer
remains open until 12 noon on 4 April 2008.


The Company also announces that its unaudited NAV per share as at 29 February 2008
was 128p.
