Change of Directors
The directors of Arc Growth Company VCT plc today announce changes to the
composition of its Board of Directors.
On 17 September 2007, David Andrew Lowe, Graham Kenneth Urquhart and Robert
Wilson were appointed non-executive directors of the Company and Robert Renwick
Haddow resigned as a non-executive director.
The Board wish to thank Mr Haddow for his contribution to the Company during his
time in office and wish him every success in the future.
Disclosures required under LR 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules:
David Andrew Lowe, Graham Kenneth Urquhart and Robert Wilson were appointed
non-executive directors of the Company on 17 September 2007.
