SHARE BUYBACK
ANS Group announces that on 8th July 2009 it purchased 170,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a
price of 127p per share for cancellation. As a result of this transaction, the Directors' holdings of 6,407,888
ordinary shares represent 53.59% of the revised issued share capital of 11,956,254 ordinary shares; the
interest of Scott Fletcher, Chairman of the Company, increases from 34.86% to 35.36% of the revised issued
share capital.
