Dividends Payable
The  Board  of  ANS Group, the PLUS-quoted leading IT and Telecoms solution provider,  is  pleased  to
announce  that  the further interim dividend of 2.75p (2007: 1.65p) announced with its  final  results
reported on 24 July 2008, will be  paid  by  29  August 2008  to members on the share register as at 8
August 2008.

Having previously paid 1.25p (2007: 0.75p), this brings the year's total dividend to 4.0p (2007: 2.4p)
an increase of 45% on the previous year.

Shareholders  should be aware that future dividend policy may be affected by the cash requirements  of
our acquisitions strategy

Share Transactions
On  24 July 2008, the Board issued 100,000 shares to Mr. Ian Hogg pursuant to him exercising his share
options  at 14p.  Following this transaction Ian Hogg holds 1.4% of the issued ordinary share  capital
of the Group.

On  24 July 2008 the Group issued 15,000 share options at £1.155 and 20,000 share options at £1.115 to
staff.

Following these transactions, total directors' holdings stand at 55.6% and the total number of  shares
in issue is 12,041,754.
