someuwin you are writing a lot of rubbish. Just to remind you what is in the marketplace already:

Charlie Morgan wrote in the half yearly report released on the 24 September 2013 that:

the realizable value of the intellectual property assets held by DataTern is substantially in excess of the carrying value and the incremental investments being made in the pursuit of infringers of the IP will generate a substantial profit.

there remain a large number of additional potential licensees and we believe that we should be able to generate a significant amount of revenue from this asset over the next few years.

the dictionary definition of substantially is:

considerably, significantly, very much, greatly, seriously,remarkably, markedly, noticeably, appreciably.

The dictionary definition of significantly is:

very much, greatly, hugely, vastly, notably, considerably, remarkably, enormously, immensely, tremendously, markedly.

Just trying to focus on these definitions which were freely used by the company.

I am looking forward to the release of the 2014 accounts, (last year on the 18.6.2014), when some more information might become available about the intellectual property asset values, which will be paid out to the shareholders.

AW AMP has over £15 million in liabilities. Best way to play MTFB is MTFB. Ive been telling yas all about it all the way from 25p upwards. I even told you last week at 38p and its almost doubled again just since tnen. I did say AMP at 3p but AMP stake is worth alot but you have to account for the huge liabilities whereas MTFB dont have any, so NAV AMP even after MTFB rise minus liabilities is still probably only about 6p by my reckoning. Just be aware!

Big Re-Rating coming this week. Started last week at 6.5p which was so cheap when these should valued at least twice current value right now and thats without any value added on for other partner companies and certainly nothing added on for DataTern.

MTFB stake worth £24 Million to AMP already and then KROMEK is going to soar too.

Oh and they have another seven companies with major stakes in that are going to be worth multi millions soon too.

Well AMP is massively undervalued right now on MTFB stake and now its other listed company KROMEK has just been tipped in The Mail on Sunday MIDAS Main Share Tip, meaning a big increase in KMK share price on Monday which in turn should lift AMP share price up alot too.

The story is just getting better and better at AMP and we aint seen nothing yet as it still has another several companies it owns large stakes in so we could and should see one or more IPO`s soon and a huge re-rating of AMP is going to take place from here.

the only issue is that mtfb will inevitably retrace a bit as a lot of money is in there from 30p. So any retrace there will have a knock on effect here.

so i expect a retrace there of 10p maybe, will bring this down a penny, penny and half.

i initially was interested in buying at the placing price, but will wait for a touch below it. if it doesnt happen, there are plenty other stocks available

Toolsmaker...it took a while for investors to catch on initially, I guess the placing has temporarily took the wind out of our sales.

Give it a little while and we should be on our way again.

The placing has presented a opportunity of a trade here. If no placing AMP would
be trading closer to 10p because of the strength of Motif. The stake in Motif currently seems to match it's liabilities so if Motif carries on rising Amp will
have a bonanza windfall in the future.

For today there is 10-30% on the table when overhang clears

AMP have a 12 month lock in period as per IPO document. 10 months left before they can sell MTFB (suspect it will be close to £100m+ by then), so in theory they could cash in big time.

if MTFB retraces like it inevitably will as nothing carries on going up, then this will have an effect on the price of AMP. so potentially you may be right.

Don't buy until it drops below placing price . more likely to happen before any better news comes thru.
