Extension of Option Exercise Period

Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based provider of digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, announces that the Company's Remuneration Committee has extended the exercise period of 50,000 options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted on 29 December 2006 to Keith Todd (Non-Executive Chairman) from 29 December 2016 to 31 March 2017. The exercise price of the Options remains 125 pence and no other amendments have been made to the terms of the Options.
