Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification on 4 November 2016 of the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Mr JP Conrad, Chief Executive Officer of the Company:

-- acquisition of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.25p per Ordinary Share on 28 October 2016;

-- acquisition of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.225p per Ordinary Share on 3 November 2016; and

-- acquisition of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.25 per Ordinary Share on 3 November 2016.

Following these acquisitions, Mr Conrad is interested in a total of 24,503,407 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.7 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company carrying voting rights.
