Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Albion Technology & General VCT PLC 
 
The  second allotment of New Ordinary Shares  and New C Ordinary Shares (each of 
nominal  value 50 pence per share) in Albion  Technology & General VCT PLC under 
the Albion VCTs Linked Top Up Offer (which was launched on 1 November 2010) took 
place  on 22 March 2011. The  issue price of  New Ordinary Shares was 90.1 pence 
per share and the issue price of New C Ordinary Shares was 70.1 pence per share. 
 
Applications  for 360,737 New Ordinary Shares  and 463,769 New C Ordinary Shares 
in Albion Technology & General VCT PLC were received. 
 
The net proceeds of the Offer to date to Albion Technology & General VCT PLC are 
approximately   GBP1,253,000. The Offer  will remain open  until 12 noon on 5 April 
2011 unless fully subscribed and closed earlier. 
 
Application  has been made  to the Financial  Services Authority for 360,737 New 
Ordinary Shares and 463,769 New C Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official 
List  and to  the London  Stock Exchange  for the  New Ordinary Shares and New C 
Ordinary  Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market 
for listed securities. 
 
It  is expected that Admission  will become effective, and  that dealings in the 
shares will commence on or before, 8.00 a.m. on 29 March 2011. 
 
As  at this second  closing of the  Albion VCTs Linked  Top Up Offer on 22 March 
2011, applications  (across all seven  of the Albion  VCTs) totalling  GBP8,559,000 
were received, and have been met in full. 
 
Due  to recent fluctuations in  the pound: Euro exchange  rate and the amount of 
investors  who  have  elected  to  have  their tax-free dividends reinvested, in 
accordance  with  the  "Offer  Document"  Albion anticipate that the fundraising 
limit under this offer will be capped at approximately  GBP13.3m.

Following  this allotment  and in  conformity with  the Transparency Directive's 
transitional provision 6, we would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
Albion  Technology & General VCT PLC's  capital as at 23 March 2011 consisted of 
14,475,832 Ordinary shares and 36,678,643 C Ordinary shares. Albion Technology & 
General  VCT  PLC  holds  1,185,870 Ordinary  shares  and  2,323,567 C shares in 
Treasury. 
Therefore,  the total number of voting rights in Albion Technology & General VCT 
PLC  is 47,645,038 which may be used by  shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their 
interest  in, or change to their interest in Albion Technology & General VCT PLC 
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
