Albion VCTs Linked Top Up Offer 
 
 The Company is pleased to announce that the Albion VCTs Linked Top Up Offer 
('the Offer') has received it's first  GBP2.5m applications. Applications received 
from now will not be eligible for the early investor incentive. 
 
 The first allotment under the Offer will be on 7 January 2011. 
 
 Shareholders who subscribe before 7 January 2011 will, however, still be 
entitled to the Albion VCT dividends paid during February, March and April 2011 
which are expected to be equivalent to 1.25% of the amount subscribed. 
 
 The Offer (which is seeking to raise up to  GBP15m across all of the Albion VCTs) 
will close at 12 noon on 5 April 2011, unless fully subscribed earlier.
