The Company announces that further to the circular to shareholders dated 4 
August 2009 (the "Circular") and the subsequent meetings held on 24 August 
2009, at which shareholders in the Company approved the Proposals, documentation 
has today been posted to shareholders who have submitted valid indication of 
interest forms. 
 
 
Set out below is an update to the anticipated dates and expected sequence of 
events in relation to the implementation of the Proposals. 
 
 
The exact time and date for the various steps will be dependent on, amongst 
other matters, the receipt by the Company of final prices from the underlying 
investee funds to enable calculation of the final net asset value for September 
2009 upon which the implementation of the Proposals will be carried out.
