Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Acuity 
Environmental VCT Plc notifies the market of the total voting rights of the 
Company. 
 
The Company's capital consists of 5,236,367 ordinary shares of 99.9 pence each 
with voting rights and 6,586,367 A shares of 0.1 pence each.  Therefore, the 
total number of voting rights in the Company is 5,237,717.  The Company does not 
hold any shares in treasury.
