Appointment and Resignation of Non-Executive Directors 
 
The Company announces the appointment of Philip Henry Ling and Nicholas Robert 
William Ross to the Board of Directors of the Company on the 15th April 2010. 
 
Philip Ling is currently a non-executive Chairman of Fin Machine Company plc and 
a non-executive director of a number of other smaller private companies.  In the 
past five years he was also non-executive director of Ibstock Johnsen plc, PE 
Consulting plc, Elderstreet Millennium VCT plc and Acuity Environmental VCT 2 
plc. 
 
Nicholas Ross is a founding partner of the Investment Manager of the Company, 
Acuity Capital Management Limited and has extensive experience in venture 
capital and investment management having previously worked at Electra Partners 
since 1993.  Nicholas Ross is also a director of Acuity Growth VCT plc, Acuity 
VCT 3 plc, Acuity Environmental VCT 2 plc and Acuity VCT plc (the latter is no 
longer publicly quoted since 3 February 2010. 
 
Apart from the above, the Company confirms that there are no matters required by 
paragraphs 9.6.13(1) to (6) of the Listing Rules which need to be disclosed in 
relation to the above appointments. 
 
The board also wish to announce the resignation of Mark Speeks as a 
non-executive director of the Company on the 15th April 2010.
