                                Additional Listing


Application has been made for 11,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange ("AIM").

The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants
and rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. The exercise
price for 3,000,000 of the warrants is 4.14p per warrant, with the remaining
8,000,000 being exercised at 2.5p. The net proceeds to the Company from this
exercise of warrants is #324,200.

Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 2 May 2007 on
AIM.

Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares the issued share capital and
voting rights are 133,631,532 Ordinary Shares.
