ZTEST Board Member Passes Away

ZTEST Electronics Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ZTE) regrets to announce the
passing of its well-known director, Arn Schoch. Arn joined the board of ZTEST in
March of 2013. On behalf of the board and shareholders of ZTEST, Ted Drzazga
stated "It was a pleasure to have known and worked with Arn. Our sincere regrets
and condolences go out to his family and many friends and business colleagues".
A private funeral service will be held in Vancouver for Arn.
