MCM Capital One Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ZGN.P) ("MCM" or the "Company") announced
today that it has completed the first closing of the brokered private placement
announced on April 21, 2014. 535,000 common shares were issued for $0.20 each to
raise a total of $107,000. Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc. acted as agent in the
closing and received cash compensation of $8,025 and broker warrants to purchase
53,500 common shares of MCM. The broker warrants are exercisable for $0.20 per
share, expiring on April 30, 2016.
The securities issued in this closing are subject to a four month hold period
which expires on August 31, 2014. Following completion of this closing, there
are 3,885,000 issued and outstanding common shares of MCM.
