Zedi Inc. Q4 and Annual Earnings Call Rescheduled to March 4th at 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time

Due to unforeseen technical difficulties with Bell conferencing, Zedi Inc. (the
"Company") (TSX VENTURE:ZED) was unable to hold their Q4 and 2012 Annual Results
conference call on Friday, March 1 as scheduled. The Company will host a
rescheduled conference call on Monday, March 4, 2013 to discuss the financial
results. Analysts, members of the media and other interested parties are invited
to participate in the conference call, which will begin at 10:00 am Mountain
Standard Time (12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time).
