Xylitol Canada Launches Online Marketing and Awareness Program via AGORACOM

XYLITOL CANADA(R) (TSX VENTURE:XYL) is pleased to announce an online marketing
and awareness program through AGORA International Enterprises Corp.
("AGORACOM").


Andrew Reid President and C.E.O. of Xylitol Canada stated, "We are pleased to
announce the appointment of AGORACOM as our awareness agency of record. As a
growing publicly traded company, we felt the time was right to communicate our
story more actively to investors throughout Canada. We are also pleased that the
terms of the agreement align the interests of Xylitol Canada's shareholders with
those of AGORACOM through their shares for service program." 


SHARES FOR SERVICES PROGRAM 

Xylitol Canada intends to issue shares for services to AGORACOM in exchange for
the online advertising, marketing and branding services (the "Advertising
Services"). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company intends to issue
to AGORACOM that number of common shares which has a deemed value of $50,000
plus HST, payable in four installments, commencing on March 15, 2014, and every
three months thereafter. 


The number of common shares to be issued at the end of each period will be
determined by using the closing price of the common shares of Xylitol Canada on
the TSX Venture Exchange on the first trading day following each period for
which the Advertising Services were provided by AGORACOM.


The term of the Agreement is 12 months however Xylitol Canada shall have an
unconditional right to terminate the agreement at any time after August 15,
2014.
