 ROUYN-NORANDA, QC, Sept. 4, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - X-Terra Resources Corporation , at the request of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of  Canada (IIROC), on behalf of the TSX Venture Exchange, has issued this  press release to confirm that it is not aware of any material  undisclosed development that would account for the increase in its  stock price or volume of shares traded on Friday, August 31, 2012.
