Woodrose Corporation: Appointment of Director and Officers

Woodrose Corporation (TSX VENTURE:WRS.H) (the "Corporation") announces the
following appointments, effective immediately: 


Darren Devine, President 

Darryl Cardey, CFO

Ashif Merani, Corporate Secretary

John Burdiga, Director

Mr. Devine and Mr. Cardey are both directors of the Corporation. Mr. Burdiga
has, since 2008 been a management consultant to the Corporation and was
responsible for the successful negotiation and sale of its Perfect Fry business
to a U.S. multi-national company in 2010. He is President of JSB Enterprises
Ltd. a company engaged in the areas of financing, venture capital structure,
licensing, business reorganization and strategic planning.


Additionally, the Corporation announces the resignation of Gary Calderwood as a
director, effective immediately. The Corporation thanks My Calderwood for his
work with the Corporation and wishes him success in the future.
