Versatile Appoints Kenneth Kahn as President

Versatile Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VV), announces that Kenneth Kahn has been
appointed President of Versatile Systems Inc.


Most recently, Mr. Kahn assumed the role of Executive Vice President and Global
Brand Officer at Mood Media, leading a team of 200 people. While in this
position he led a major strategic and operational undertaking and successfully
unified multiple acquired companies under one global brand. Mr. Kahn and his
team renewed 200 national accounts in one year, which helped generate $250
million of annual revenue.

In 2006, Mr. Kahn founded the innovative and sought after management advisory
firm Black Label Advisory. Black Label works with top-level executives to
address critical growth, operational and performance issues. He was sought by
clients within multiple industries including security, media, entertainment, and
software development. Mr. Kahn and his team delivered significant results for
clients, even during recent economic downturns. Of particular note, at Iverify,
revenues increased five-fold and the company made Inc. Magazine's list of Top
500 Fastest Growing Privately held Companies.


Prior to consulting, Mr. Kahn spent 11 years in executive roles with Muzak LLC.
His signature accomplishment was strategically designing and implementing a
rebranding plan that financially transformed the iconic Muzak brand. He led the
efforts that infused the company with 450 national retail, restaurant, banking
and hospitality contracts. His achievements were honored by the Harvard Business
School with the development of Kenny Kahn at Muzak case studies and curriculum.


Mr. Kahn's work has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal,
Harvard Business Review, CNN, NBC Nightly News and on the award winning
television series Undercover Boss.
