VendTek Systems appoints investor relations consultants

    




 VANCOUVER, Sept. 12, 2012 /CNW/ - VendTek Systems Inc  (the  "Company" or VendTek"), a developer and licensor of software for the  global pre-paid and financial services markets, is pleased to announce  that it has retained NATIONAL Public Relations ("NATIONAL") to conduct  an investor relations program on behalf of the Company. 

 Headed by Peter Block, Partner and Financial Communication Practice  Lead, NATIONAL will assist the Company in its outreach and  communication to a broad range of stakeholders, including investors,  analysts and media. With offices across Canada in key financial  markets, NATIONAL has expertise in financial and corporate  communication, public affairs, marketing and technology.

 Pursuant to an agreement dated August 24, 2012 between the Company and  NATIONAL, the Company will pay NATIONAL a monthly fee of C$6,000  beginning September 1, 2012, cancelable upon 30 days' notice in writing  at any time. The Company will also reimburse NATIONAL for expenses  incurred in performing its services to the Company. 

 NATIONAL does not currently have any interest, directly or indirectly,  in the Company or its securities. Neither NATIONAL nor its consultants  has any right or intent to acquire any interest, directly or  indirectly, in the Company or its securities. NATIONAL does not intend  to undertake any market making activities.
