VendTek Systems Announces Granting of Options

VANCOUVER, Nov. 9, 2012 /CNW/ - VendTek Systems Inc. (VSI - TSX Venture) (the "Company"), a developer and licensor of software for the global prepaid and financial services markets, today announced that it has issued an aggregate of 685,185 options to certain members of its board of directors as compensation for their services as directors of the Company pursuant to the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Each option permits the holder to acquire a common share of the Company for $0.14.  One-quarter of the options granted to each individual vest on each of January 31, 2013, April 30, 2013, July 31, 2013 and October 31, 2013.  The options expire on November 1, 2017.
