CALGARY, Nov. 18, 2014 /CNW/ - Calgary, Alberta – November 18, 2014. Valparaiso Energy Inc. (the "Corporation") (NEX: VPO.H) wishes to announce that the Corporation has issued 500,000 common shares on the conversion of Convertible Debt for an outstanding share subscription in the amount of $25,000.00.

After the above issuance, the Corporation will have 47,221,569 shares outstanding.  These shares trade on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol VPO.H.
