Suncor Selects United for Security Services

United Protection Security Group Inc. ("UPSG or the Company") (TSX VENTURE:UZZ),
a leading Canadian security services company is pleased to announce that it has
been awarded a multi-year contract with Suncor Energy Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta.


The contract requirements are for the provision of stationary and mobile
security services for one of Suncor's Edmonton facilities. The contract is for a
three-year period and is valued at approximately $500,000.
