Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TZT) ("Tranzeo" or the
"Company") today announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has suspended trading
effective April 12, 2012. The Company anticipates filing an application of
reinstatement of trading with the objective that trading can commence as early
as possible, following the filing of the audited financial statements, annual
MD&A, and the Company's Annual Information Form on SEDAR.
