Jinchuan Bid Circular and Tyler Resources Directors' Circular Mailed in Respect of Cdn.$1.60 Offer Per Share for Tyler Resources

Tyler Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TYS) ("Tyler") and Canada Jinchuan Resources
Ltd. (the "Offeror"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinchuan Group Ltd.
("Jinchuan"), are pleased to announce that the Offeror's formal bid circular in
respect of the offer to acquire the outstanding common shares of Tyler at a
price of Cdn.$1.60 in cash per share has been mailed to Tyler's registered
shareholders. Tyler has also mailed its directors' circular recommending that
Tyler's shareholders accept the offer.


On January 6, 2008, Tyler and Jinchuan announced Jinchuan's intention to make a
supported take-over bid for Tyler, valuing the total common share capital of
Tyler at approximately Cdn.$214 million. The offer represents a 60% premium to
Tyler's closing price on January 4, 2008, the last trading day prior to the date
Jinchuan announced its intention to make the offer.


The offer is open for acceptance until 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on Tuesday,
March 11, 2008, unless extended or withdrawn.
