Titan Medical Inc. Lists Previously Issued Warrants on TSX Venture Exchange

Titan Medical Inc. ("Titan" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TMD)(OTCQX:TITXF)
announced today that the 12,203,189 previously issued warrants, forming part of
the April 23, 2014 offering of units, have been listed on the TSX Venture
Exchange. The warrants, designated as April 2017 Warrants, will trade under the
symbol "TMD.WT.E" and bear the CUSIP number, 88830X199. Each April 2017 warrant
entitles the holder to purchase one common share of Titan for $2.75 and expires
April 23, 2017.
