Titan Medical Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TMD) (OTCQX:TITXF) announced
today that Mr. Joe Talarico, Senior Vice President Business Development has
resigned his position with the Company. We would like to thank Joe for his
contribution to Titan during his four years with the Company. In the interim
John Hargrove, Chairman and CEO will assume the responsibilities for Business
Development.
