Telford Services Group, Inc.: Notice of Share Acquisition

Aviation Acquisitions Inc. ("Aviation"), announces that it has acquired 3,000
common shares ("Shares") in the capital of Telford Services Group, Inc.
("Telford") (TSX VENTURE:TLF) today at a purchase price of $0.10 per share. The
acquisitions were by way of market purchases on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.
(the "Exchange"). Aviation also advises that there was an error in its
previously announced shareholdings. Aviation beneficially owned 299,500 Shares
as of July 28, 2009 and not 300,130 Shares as announced on that date.


As a result of today's acquisitions, Aviation now beneficially owns 302,500
Shares, representing 1.5% of the outstanding Shares of Telford.


Aviation has made an offer to acquire, by way of take-over bid, all of the
outstanding Telford Shares at a price of $0.10 per share (the "Offer") effective
June 15, 2009, which Offer was extended on July 24, 2009. Aviation has purchased
an aggregate of 302,500 Shares by way of market purchases on the Exchange since
the commencement of the Bid. Aviation intends to acquire additional Telford
Shares from time to time in accordance with the provisions of applicable
securities legislation.
