Terra Nova Grants Stock Options

July 18, 2013 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Terra Nova Energy Ltd. (TSX-V - TGC) announces that pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, the Board of Directors has authorized the granting of incentive stock options to employees and directors of the Company to acquire an aggregate of 1,400,000 common shares of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.18 per share and are exercisable until July 18, 2018.
