CALGARY, Dec. 23, 2011 /CNW/ - Terrex Energy Inc. ("Terrex" or the "Company") announces that further to its News Release of November 1, 2011, Mr. T. Berthelet has elected not to continue with Terrex and has resigned, effective December 1, 2011, as a Vice President of the Company. About Terrex Terrex Energy Inc. is a Calgary based junior oil company that focuses on the application of proven enhanced oil recovery methods to improve oil production from existing mature fields.
