Thunderbird Energy Corp.: Incentive Stock Options

Thunderbird Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TBD) ("Thunderbird" or the "Company") today announced the grant of 1,650,000 five-year incentive stock options to employees, officers and directors exercisable at a price of $0.30 per share. The options were granted in accordance with the terms of the Company's incentive stock option plan.

Thunderbird Energy is a Canadian-based oil and gas exploration and production Company with interests in the US Rockies and mid-continent regions.
