Radius Resources Corp. Commences Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as "RAX"

Radius Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RAX), (formerly Sierra Vista Energy Ltd.,
(TSX VENTURE:SVR.A) (TSX VENTURE:SVR.B)), is pleased to announce that at market
opening on Friday, May 23, 2008, its common shares will commence trading on the
TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "RAX".


Pursuant to shareholder approvals received at the Annual and Special Meeting of
Shareholders of Sierra Vista Energy Ltd. on May 20, 2008 and subsequent approval
by the TSX Venture Exchange, at the close of business on Thursday, May 22, 2008,
the following changes were effected: 1) the Class B common shares of Sierra
Vista Energy Ltd. were converted into Class A shares at a ratio of 10 Class A
shares for each Class B share outstanding; 2) the Class B shares were delisted
from the TSX Venture Exchange; 3) the Class A shares were consolidated on a 10
old for 1 new basis; 4) the share capital of the Company was amended, such that
it now consists of unlimited common shares and unlimited preferred shares; and
5) the Company changed its name to Radius Resources Corp. "We are pleased to
begin the next phase of the restructuring of the Company and the board of
directors and management look forward to updating the shareholders of the
Company's progress in the near future", stated David Mears, Chairman and CEO of
Radius Resources.
