Sprylogics International Corp. announces name change to Breaking Data Corp.

• Trading under new name and new symbol BKD to commence Monday September 14, 2015

TORONTO, Sept. 9, 2015 /CNW/ - Sprylogics International Corp. ("Sprylogics" or, the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SPY) is pleased to advise that all matters were approved at its annual and special shareholder meeting held earlier today, including the change of the Company's name to Breaking Data Corp.

Articles of amendment have been filed today by the Company effecting the change of the Company's name from "Sprylogics International Corp." to "Breaking Data Corp."  The Common Shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under its new name at the opening of trading on Monday September 14, 2015 under the new symbol "BKD".
