Stealth Provides Operational Update and Announces Management Changes

CALGARY, Oct. 13 /CNW/ - Stealth Ventures Ltd. ("Stealth" and/or the "Company") [TSX.V: SLV] announces effective the
 beginning of the fourth quarter the Company has increased it production
 base by bringing on previously shut-in wells on its shale gas play near
 Vermilion Alberta where the existing production profile as been steady
 around 300 BOE/D for most of the year. Stealth has positioned itself to
 resume this production, as historically the winter months' demand
 increases natural gas prices.  The less than favorable gas prices
 throughout the summer months forced the Company to shut-in some
 production to optimize value.


The Company would also like to announce that effective October 8(th), 2010 Ms. Lori Bobye-Magnusson has stepped down as the Company's Chief
 Financial Officer (CFO). Stealth is evaluating numerous options during
 the interim, while transitioning into the international oil and gas
 arena for a suitable replacement for Ms. Magnusson.


OUTLOOK


The Company continues to aggressively execute on its primary strategy of
 growing its presence in the international oil and gas sector. An
 immediate focus was placed on India and by leveraging the Company's
 core competency and analyzing and developing high impact unconventional
 oil and gas resource plays in India, Stealth is in advanced stages of
 negotiation with various companies for acquiring and building up a land
 position in India's unconventional resource sector. With its sustained
 focus of diversifying out of the North American gas markets and
 entering into the emerging international marketplaces, the Company is
 drawing on its extensive unconventional resource-play experience,
 expertise and technology, to favorably position itself in the early
 lifecycle of such resource development with the ultimate objective of
 adding shareholder value and growth.
